30 Years of Counseling Experience

I am a dedicated professional helping people overcome hardship (grief, pain and fear) and improving their lives through goal achievement and behavioral change. I am passionate about client care and developing a therapeutic rapport. I provide unconditional acceptance in a friendly environment which allows the examination of choices in making life decisions.

My Background

I am a Licensed Counselor (#002249 Connecticut) with extensive counseling experience. I received my Master's degree in clinical Psychology from Connecticut College. After obtaining a License in Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), completed an additional 20 credits at Cambridge College to gain my License Professional Counselor (LPC). I am also a Certified Counselor Supervisor. I utilize my Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Albertus Magnus to manage my business processes.I have been a clinical coordinator of substance abuse and co-occurring Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Outpatient Programs. Along with providing individual, couples, family and group counseling sessions, I have managed program operations and supervised 8-10 counselors over the last 10 years.
